Why every 4 weeks and not every month?
We bill every 4 weeks. That means 13 bills a year, not 12. Your settings page always shows the date of your next bill and the exact amount.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Change it in your settings. The new price starts on your next bill, and we work out the part you already paid for.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
If you added a card, your plan starts and we bill you for your first 4 weeks. If not, your account goes read only. You can still sign in and see all your work, but you need to pick a plan to book new jobs. Nothing is deleted.
Do you charge per job or per invoice?
No. Your plan covers every job and every bill you send. Nothing is added on top.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, one click in your billing settings. You keep it until the end of the 4 weeks you already paid for, and you can save a copy of everything before you go.
What payment methods do you accept?
All the big credit and debit cards, through Stripe.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay every 4 weeks and you can stop any time. There is no fee for leaving.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or seasonal businesses?
Yes, 25% off any plan for registered nonprofits, and we offer a seasonal pause (up to 4 months/year) at 50% the regular rate for snow removal, landscaping, and similar trades.
