Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your account settings and the change applies on your next billing cycle. We'll prorate the difference automatically.

What happens after my 14-day trial?

If you've added a payment method, your chosen plan starts and we bill you for the first month. If not, your account pauses — your data stays put until you're ready to subscribe.

Do you charge per job or per invoice?

No. Your monthly subscription covers all jobs and invoices within your plan limits. The only usage-based charge is SMS overage at $0.02 per message beyond your monthly bucket.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — cancel in one click from billing settings. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you can export everything before you go.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Annual plans on Scale can also pay by ACH or wire — email billing@jobflo.com to set that up.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month, and annual plans renew yearly unless you cancel. No early-termination fees.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or seasonal businesses?

Yes — 25% off any plan for registered nonprofits, and we offer a seasonal pause (up to 4 months/year) at 50% the regular rate for snow removal, landscaping, and similar trades.
